This Summer's logo is based upon the fabulous BBC series Doctor Who. It is about The Doctor, a Time Lord, who has the ability to travel throughout time and space, ultimately being able to go anywhere in anytime. Stories have included the end of the Planet Earth, Shakespeare's England, and Pompeii when Mount Vesuvius erupted to name a few.
Reading is like The Doctor in the fact that reading can happen anytime of day or anywhere you are, car rides, right before bed, in the middle of the day, or on top of a mountain. It can happen whether you are reading a book, graphic novel, or listening to your favorite author.
Reading can bring you to the farthest reaches of the galaxy such as the Restaurant at the End of the Universe. It can bring you back to times long forgotten when dinosaurs roamed the Earth in a Jurassic Park. Reading is fun for everyone anytime or anywhere.
